For anyone who enjoyed my recent Rogue One pen and ink/screentone artwork and who loved the classic Star Wars RPG from West End Games, my friend Eric Trautmann has put together an unofficial sourcebook for the main characters.  It's available in both "clean" and "aged" versions as a free PDF download from his blog here:

Hi Darren, you probably don't remember me, but I've been a fan for a long time (since Deeds Not Words actually), and we've spoken on the internet from time to time. You did a Star Trek commission for me once, and it remains one of my all time favorite pieces (an Andorian Starfleet Officer - TNG uniform). Loved your recent Star Wars profile art. Seeing your homages to another favorite artist of mine, the amazing Mike Vilardi, was truly special.

Inspired by your 'Canadian Pokemon', as well as my general love of the franchise, I am planning out a possible Pokemon tabletop RPG campaign set in a Pokemon world version of Canada. I would love to either commission, or inspire an image for my campaign - a Royal Mountie garbed Officer Jenny. What do you think?

You can check out my notes on the subject on my blog: barkingalien.blogspot.com/sear…

It is still very much a work in progress, but I hope you find the idea entertaining.

Anyway, you continue to WOW me, and inspire new ideas. I can't thank you enough for that! Cheers!

Very nice and epic Thrawn picture, man. I love him and his glorious return deserves art like this. Keep going, man!

I would love to see your own admiral Pellaeon sketch. Aside from Thrawn, Gilad Pellaeon is the only Imperial who earned my undying respect.

May the Force be with you.

I've been reading that Guide to the latest DC Multiverse recently and I was wondering: DMAC, if you were handed a copy of the Multiversity Guide Book and allowed to pick out one DC Earth with which to tell the story of your choice, which Earth would you choose?

One must admit that I can't quite decide myself, so my own answer to the Question above would have to be "All of them, but not necessarily at the same time!" or something to that effect.;) (Wink)

Definitely not an easy choice.  I think I'd have the most fun somewhere that I could play with the "toys" of the DC Universe but still create something new.  My first thought was the Batman Beyond Earth but look at some of the other legacy heroes in that time period.  What are the speedsters up to?  Who has the scarab?  Etc.

Now that is a very excellent choice - the world based on Mr Byrne's GENERATIONS might offer similar opportunities, although I agree that DC BEYOND has a higher "Cool" factor as the future of the DC Animated Universe.Nod

Hoi!

I plan on making a fan-made Canadian pokedex with a bunch of Canadian pokemon. I have many ideas for ones to make myself, but I was curious if you were okay with me adding the ones you created? ;0; Because honestly those are fricken amazing. You'd get full credit for the ones you made <3

I'd prefer to let them be their own thing.  Looking forward to seeing your take on Canadian Pokemon though.
